CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES
HOW IF THE CUSTOMER CANCEL THE ORDER BEFORE THE PRODUCTION IS DONE?
1. Order is not subjected to cancel and refund once has confirm into the prodcution line.
2. Customer who is cancelled the order before the design is done, Autumn Home Forever will charge the design fees for each design we have done. Each design will be charged at range RM350 to RM550 (T&C Apply).
HOW IF THERE IS ANY DEFECT IN MY PACKAGING? CAN I CLAIM THE DEFECT?
1. The client agrees to return the defect/NG to Autumn Home Forever as proof in 5 days after received the packaging.
2. The client should reply the NG Form to Autumn Home Forever in 7 days after receiving the packaging or the client is accepted all the packaging and those packaging can be used in good condition or the NG Form submission is not valid after this.
3. Not all orders will get refund, replacement or reprint process might be taken for defection.
