Can I order lesser than the minimum order quantity?
No. Custom packaging required machine to do for your unique printing. Therefor, the minimum order quantities (MOQ) is required.
My company is new to custom packaging for our product, what should I provide to get a price quote?
You can able to get a price quote by contacting our sales team. You are advised to send us your packaging details to get a price quote.
Packaging details we need to quote:
1- Size of packaging ( L x H x W in cm )
2- Packaging Materials
3- Thickness of Materials
4- Quantity Required
5- Design File (Optional)
How can I cancel the order?
The order is not able to cancel and refund once the artwork is confirmed. Deposit for design is not refundable for all the cancellation order.
Refund will takes in 14 Days once the cancellation order request is approved.
For order comes with mock up, we will charge back the real mock up charge.
